Shipping policy

Processing Time All orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

Shipping Rates & Delivery We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States. Standard shipping typically takes 5–7 business days after your order has been processed.

Shipping Area We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost or Damaged Packages Brick & Balm Aesthetics is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.
